A top-to-bottom renovation was recently completed on this Beverly Hills residence, which was first constructed in 1967. ‘It was a mid-century modern with good bones, but it hadn’t been touched in decades,’ says Steve Hermann, who owns the property through an LLC, records indicate.

Mr. Hermann — who has renovated homes for celebrities — is a designer, developer and real estate agent. ‘I bought in this neighborhood because it is prime Beverly Hills. Pictured here is the living and dining area.
